The pin is a limited edition, created by the artisans of the Ukrainian brand Yellow_Blue_UA in collaboration with Olga Haydamaka, a famous Ukrainian artist. Its design is based on the ancient beliefs of Ukrainian ancestors, who once thought the cow represented the night sky, as its horns resembled a young moon and its milk symbolized the Milky Way. The badge also depicts a young girl dressed in a Borshchiv wedding outfit, traditional to the Ternopil region of Ukraine. The headdress is made of garlands and flowers, and the Borshchiv shirt, unique because of its characteristic black color, is a tribute to Mother Earth.
The craftsmen used brass and colored enamel to create the badge, and it was secured with a butterfly clasp. The size of the piece is 1.69 in (43 mm).
