Shipping policy

All manufacturers of Stvoreno live and work in Ukraine. If you have ordered a product that has already been made, we will ship it to you within 1-3 days after receiving payment. However, if you have chosen a product that needs to be created, as soon as your payment is sent and the product is made, it will be sent to you. If you want to receive your order on a specific date, write to us, and we will do everything possible to fulfill your request. Whether your order is in stock or will be specially made for you, you will find out from the email we will send you after placing the order.

Tracking numbers are available for all orders in the USA and take 5-10 business days for delivery.

The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Our team will do everything possible to meet this estimated delivery time, but we cannot guarantee it.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Stvoreno team is not responsible for delays due to customs. If the buyer does not pay customs duties and import taxes, and the shipment is returned, Stvoreno will refund the money after deducting the shipping cost on both sides.

Taxes and Fees

Stvoreno team does not collect VAT for its products, regardless of whether you are a company or an individual. There is a possibility that you may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes. We want to inform you that you are solely responsible for covering the costs of import. Stvoreno does not control these fees, therefore, cannot predict their amount and will not cover them. By purchasing on our website, you take responsibility for paying any taxes and fees that may be imposed on you.

Faulty addresses and P.O. Boxes

If an order is returned to Stvoreno due to incorrect addresses, the customer's inability to pick up their order, or the courier's inability to deliver to mailboxes or military bases, only the cost of the items will be refunded, and not the shipping. Please be careful when providing the delivery address. Incorrect addresses or addresses written with special characters, or addresses of military bases may cause shipping delays, order cancellations, or return of the items to us.

Reposting Returned Orders

Stvoreno team is not responsible for the cost of reposting an order that was returned to us not due to our fault or because the customer did not pick up the package. We will gladly resend the items; however, the buyer is responsible for the postage.

If an Incorrect Address is Provided

As a buyer, you are responsible for providing us with your correct address. If you provide us with the wrong address, and contact us to change the address after the items have been shipped, you will not be entitled to a refund or a repost if the items are not returned to us. If you provided us with the correct address, but we sent it to the wrong one, we will send a replacement.
